What is included in the monthly rate?

Furnished home, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, parking, and lawn care. Optional cleanings are available upon request.

Do you allow pets?

Yes. Homes are pet-friendly with a standard $95 per pet fee . Breed and count restrictions may apply. (fee covers 1 pet)

What are the minimum stay and terms?

Two nights minimum. Month-to-month extensions are available.

Do you work with traveling nurses, medical staff, and insurance placements?

Yes. We host medical professionals.

How do I book if availability is managed on Airbnb or Hospitable?

Select a home on our site and follow the “View Availability” button. You will complete the booking on our partner page. Your reservation and payments are handled there.

Do you offer mid-stay cleanings?

Yes. Optional cleanings can be added weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Additional fees apply.

Is parking included and suitable for larger vehicles?

Yes. Driveway or off-street parking is standard. Ask if you have oversized vehicles or trailers.

Can I tour the home before booking?

Virtual detailed photos are provided. In-person viewings are not available.

Are homes near hospitals and major employers?

Yes. Many homes are within a short drive of Duke, UNC, WakeMed, and downtown offices.

What is your cancellation and extension policy?
